On the back of the menu, they even note the farms and distances where they get everything! For dinner, they offer a 6 course tasting menu for £65, which is what we got. It was fantastic and quite a bit of food. We also mentioned it was our anniversary, and they gave us a complimentary dessert.

Excellent Peruvian tucked in a basement on Marylebone high street. Well conceived menu - sea bream ceviche is a must, as is the melt-in-mouth lomo saltado (beef cheek). plantains with a malt sauce were also a hit. Service was sporadic - seems like they're still getting used to newfound trendiness.

Have to say I would not recommend. Had a meal that ended up being very expensive compared to other places I found far better - and out of four only one dish I really liked - the Aubergine which is a signature Ottolenghi dish. Stick to the Ottolenghi chain in my opinion.

Lovely little perfume shop with a wide array of perfumes, including some you can typically only get in Paris. Get help finding your own unique scent. Situated on the adorable Elizabeth Street, a picturesque place to spend an afternoon for coffee and window shopping.

Classic coffee roaster Monmouth, ubiquitous in London, at its flagship location. Tough to find a place to sit. Whole milk only makes this a wonderfully traditional place.

Michelin rated restaurant from the Galvin Brothers in a converted Victorian chapel. High vaulted ceilings and candlelight everywhere make this a very romantic place for dinner. Book ahead online for a good deal on Chef's Menu, typically available between 6-7pm. The pigeon was exceptional, do not miss!
Quirky and wonderful little restaurant tucked away in the Town Hall Hotel. Great ambiance. Small selection and portions but for me it was perfect!
Michelin rated restaurant "The Library at Sketch" is supposed to be a pricey but amazing experience, including Swarovski encrusted decor and an other-worldly bathroom. Downstairs the club/bar/gallery area attracts the fashion industry crowd but offers a fun albeit "see and be seen" type of experience.

A lot of hype about this place - unfortunately, not well deserved for the food. The ambiance is incredible so it's a great place to go for a drink.....but the food was sadly only average. Went back a second time and the food was slightly better - the filet was great. Make sure to check out the back bar area and downstairs - it's like a speakeasy!

Wonderful alternative to a traditional British teahouse experience. Chinese tea ceremony done in a small private home in a lovely garden in Notting Hill. Besides the incredible selection of teas and infusions, Pei prepares sweet treats, dumplings, and sandwiches - the selection changes weekly. Weekend afternoons only. Reserve ahead online!
Most amazing meal I've had in London. Tried two appetizers, three mains and several desserts and everything was exceptional - only made me want to try more! The "meat fruit" fois gras was the best I've ever had, as well as the tipsy cake. Try the chicken for the main. 2 Michelin Stars now.
Excellent Spanish restaurant on a darling walking street in Farringdon. Inventive combinations, fresh ingredients...every dish we tried knocked it out of the park, the starters and homemade ice cream most of all. Ambiance is lively and fun as well. Exceptional service.

Gymkhana far surpassed anything I thought Indian food could be! The tasting menu was divine. Favorites were the kid goat, chick pea and potato, pomegranate raita, and an otherworldly saffron pistachio ice cream concoction!
Incredibly delicious almost tapas-style Italian fare. The orecchiette and the profiteroles are both to die for. And try the lamb sweet bread if you're feeling adventurous! (Also - sit at the bar if you can't get a table)
