Seasonal farm to table dishes made with local ingredients (are you sensing a trend with my recommendations?). On the back of the menu, they even note the farms and distances where they get everything! For dinner, they offer a 6 course tasting menu for £65, which is what we got. It was fantastic and quite a bit of food. We also mentioned it was our anniversary, and they gave us a complimentary dessert.
