• Musée du Louvre

So much to see, it's overwhelming! It's impossible to see it all so be strategic and pick a few areas. Make a reservation to avoid waiting in a long line.

  • Angelina

There's always a wait, but it's worth it for the hot chocolate, which is rich and thick. They give you a pot of (unsweetened) whipped cream to thin it out.

  • L'Avant Comptoir de la Mer

Like L'Avant Comptoir, but seafood focused. A laid back tapas and wine bar. The menu is in on the walls and ceiling. If you're not sure what wine you want, the staff are super friendly and can make recommendations based on what you like. The bartender poured us a couple samples before we committed to a glass.

  • L'Ardoise

Market and season driven prix fixe menu with daily specials. French cuisine in good sized portions. 38 euros for 3 courses, makes this a great deal for the neighborhood! Reservations are encouraged, but if you are a small party and get there when they open, they might be able to squeeze you in.

  • Vivant

Tiny place with a farm to table menu that changes daily, consisting of small plates meant for sharing. Interesting wine list complete with orange wines. Reservations are a must.
