Easily one of my top restaurants in SF, and seriously underrated; consistently balanced, nuanced flavors and creative plating. Their liquid nitrogen cocktail with floc de gascogne is remarkable. Their prix fixe is the best value in the city. You'd have to go to Saison or Coi (and pay much more) to find food that tops this.
