New Alan Wong restaurant at the Grand Wailea. Pan-Pacific cooking, focused on small plates and large shared dishes. The whole steamed island fish was fantastic, and the "Loukaniko" lamb sausage was a sleeper hit; the pineapple 'shave ice' is a perfect way to finish a meal. Local coffee program is nice too. Also offers three tasting menus, including omakase sushi and one dedicated to robata. Service isn't as polished as the food, unfortunately.
