A wonderful experience with a passionate sushi chef, Inoue-san, in the most incongruous location in the Japantown mall; the saba and ankimo made me a believer. Rice is more seasoned than a lot of the new wave in SF, which is fine by me. Originally recommended by Kevin Shiiba, also a glowing review from Kim Esch. Definitely call for a reservation at the (solid wood) sushi bar. Open Tue-Sat 5-9pm.
