Egill (currently cooking at Bæst in CPH) told us it's one of the few restaurants cooking differently in Iceland. Enjoyed some good dishes here, though the overall experience feels more like an attempt to capture a New York vibe than comes naturally to this city. Photo via @we_are_beyond (Instagram).
