The chef used to work at a five star hotel in Aleppo. Get the cherry kabob, smoky kabob balls in a sweet cherry sauce. The baba ghanoush was some of the creamiest I've had. Also try the mohamara halabi and the mulukiyah for something different. I hear the kabob halabi is also a must try.
