A stunningly-designed space (which wouldn't be out of place in Tokyo) housing an ambitious cafe and restaurant. The order of the day is incredibly quality and well-sourced ingredients without formality. Multiple guest coffee roasters, fresh juices and smoothies, a constantly evolving savory menu which is highly influenced by their urban garden out back. Thoughtful wine program and 'Midwest omakase' concept for late afternoon and evening have me wanting to go back for more already. Can't wait to see how this develops.
