A wonderful building above a winery just 10 minutes from Bilbao airport, making it ideal for a Sunday lunch before flying out at the end of the weekend. Two menus, both superb. Some fantastic ingredients from their gardens on the roof, and a short but strong and well priced wine list, with some additional off menu options if you ask nicely. A stalwart on the menu is egg yolk, cooked from the inside with truffle jus. Service is out of this world, incredibly precise yet welcoming.
