Newly reopened Wright masterpiece. I’d skip the nearby House and Studio and just go here. Do the tour. A beautiful experience.
Still awesome. Revisited this year to try the truly remarkable (and great value) lunchtime sandwiches. This place knows their beef. Worth a trip out, followed by a coffee at nearby Dark Matter.

Top quality (and top price) hat shop. Most are made locally and the staff really know their hats. Fun to browse even if you aren’t buying. And conveniently across from an Intelligentsia coffee in the gorgeous historic Monadnock Building.
Excellent for a quick bite, with lots of local options. Would recommend Smoque and Antique Taco. But honestly everything looks good.
Absurdly good. The atmosphere is perfect, food is simple but nice, and the magic is, well, magic. Honestly one of my favourite nights out all year.

A surprisingly good option to please nearly anyone. From Cokes to ceremonial and imperial grade matcha to elixirs, tonics and beans from some of the US's top roasters, this please nearly has it all. Except the pastries.

Banana splits on the couch. A stunning space to get food and drink; coffee and afternoon sweets. Restoration Hardware saved and refurbished this grand, old brick private club on the Gold Coast and turned it into a stunning, multi-floor showcase. Recommend.
