really cute place - lovely mugs, tables and *super* kid friendly - it's bernal heights after all!
I want to go to there and say hi to JoEllen.
Lamb in a pita is nice, but the chicken on greens is great!
Want to go.
Disclaimer: I have only been here after midnight and after a night of drinking. Beloved spot even if I did find a whole hot pepper in my burrito that one time.
Have never had a disappointing meal and have always made friends with the people sitting next to me. One of my all time favorite places.
One of the first places I went to after moving to SF. Simple, sparse, and light.
Get the pizza to go and in eat in Dolores.
Magical bar and backyard garden with hidden nooks and crannies. Many fond memories.
Their carnitas -yum, yum, yum.
Perfect date spot.
Hole in the wall Burmese restaurant. Hard to get a seat so I usually just order to go.
Friend to those in desperate need of a hearty and humbling staple. The spinach pupusas topped with salsa and slaw will bring you back to life.
Maybe this will fill the hole left in my heart when I heard El Zocalo had closed?
Hayes Valley staple and one of my favorite jobs. Seriously delicious German food and a wide selection of beer served at communal tables. Get the schnitzel, the meatloaf, the spätzle, or whatever special they have that night. Brunch is also delicious. They have the best currywurst, hands down. Share the boot, you'll regret drinking it alone, and then ask your server to do an Underberg with you. It's like a secret handshake.
Get a litre and then order everything on the menu. Miss working here.
Dying to go back.
Best fish tacos. I used to live dangerously close to here.
I dream about their morning buns.
I love it here.
I want to go to there.
