Everything.
Ippo - great yakitori in a comfortable space. Set menus are the way to go. Don't be afraid of the chicken sashimi.
Only two things available here: coffee and cheesecake. Both are delicious. The coffee is strong and viscous, and the cheesecake is perfectly rich and creamy.
Yuzu shio ramen is off the charts. Pork is grilled over charcoal.
Great little local unagi spot.
Great tenpura. Not quite as pricy as some of the more well-known and much easier to get in. Super friendly to foreigners as well.
Avocado and mascarpone sauce. So good.
Kakigori Himitsu-do. Amazingly fresh and flavorful toppings and the fluffiest ice ever. Best I have ever had. If they have the pumpkin cream and caramel, do it.

3rd generation unagi house with a Michelin star. The unajuu (eel glazed in soy) was a highlight, as were the pickles. I recommend. (The name is Ishibashi.)

This is a bar that makes it's own version of Campari right in front of you by grinding their own botanicals in a mortar and pestle! It's fascinating to watch and is the main component to the best Negroni you will ever have!

Filet or sirloin? That is the question. Oh, and get a sandwich for the next day!

One of the better espresso drinks I've had in Tokyo and right up the road from Tsukiji market. Off menu cappuccino is excellent. Nice, intense flavor.
Soba lunch sets. Great space, great soba, around ¥1500 for lunch.
The best beef I have ever had. Omakase beef meal including heart, all 3 stomachs, chateaubriand, fillet, tongue, and a bunch more. Almost all raw or barely brushed over the flame, paired with specific dips or condiments. Really enjoyable and satisfying meal. All for around ¥10000 per person.
Around the world and just as good. Pancakes all the way.
Amazing tonkatsu. Dizzying selection of pork. Make a res or go early.
Military latte: Matcha, + espresso + mocha.
